Subkultfestivalen and the Cultural Department of the Västra Götaland Region invite organisers, festivals and cultural actors from across the region to a full-day conference.
Participants will share experiences, discuss challenges and explore opportunities in the regional cultural landscape.
The programme includes:
- Keynote on audience development and reaching new demographics
- Workshops on sustainable event organisation and funding models
- Panel discussion with experienced festival organisers from the region
- Networking session and shared lunch
