About the platform
Your meeting place for music, networking and new ideas. In Western Sweden.
The platform
Music Hub West is for anyone working with music in Western Sweden. Artists, producers, creatives, event organisers and tech companies. We don't build things for you, we build them with you.
The headline event is the Music Tech Summit, one of the region's most talked-about events where music and tech collide for real. The first edition takes place on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at Pustervik and Skeppet GBG. The rest of the year you'll find masterclasses, think tanks and workshops where you don't just show up — you help shape what happens.
We believe the music industry is stronger when more voices are heard. That's why we actively work for gender equality, inclusion and diversity, and strive to create spaces where everyone feels welcome. Regardless of background, experience or where you are in your career.
"Music doesn't happen in a vacuum. The best things happen when the right people meet in the right place."
Project 2026–2029
Tune In West is the project behind Music Hub West. An investment in the music industry in Western Sweden running until 2029, supported by Tillväxtverket, VGR, Högskolan för scen och musik and Brewhouse Inkubator.
Focus areas
You meet people you wouldn't have found otherwise. Artists, tech companies, event organisers and cultural institutions. All in one place, in your region.
What happens to your music when AI takes over? We dig into both the opportunities and the questions. Creative practice, production and copyright.
We give you the tools to grow. Business models that last, international perspectives and a network that actually opens doors.
Questions about events, collaborations or the project? Get in touch and we'll get back to you.
