    What if my event doesn't meet all criteria?

    Reach out anyway. We make case-by-case judgements — the criteria are guidelines, not strict rules.

    Can you share my event on social before publishing on the site?

    We plan publication and social posts together. If you have a tight deadline — mention it in the description and we'll try to accommodate.

    Who is the service for?

    This service is for those active in the music industry in Västra Götaland. Music Hub West is run by the Tune In West project and funded by regional partners.

    Do I keep the rights to my images?

    Yes. You retain all rights to the originals. The new cover our designer creates is owned by Music Hub West, but you're free to use it for the event too.

    Can I submit multiple events at once?

    Absolutely — send one form per event. It's quick and we process them in parallel.
